Details: Looking for a Chiller and Rooftop Application Engineer to work with field sales representatives in generating selections and drawings and providing information in order to achieve specification and secure orders. Strong knowledge of competition and ability to drive specifications in the best direction for the company. Provide leadership within department with applications experience and project management.1. Respond to inquiries from our sales representatives in the pursuit of new specifications and orders.2. Generate selections, drawings and other technical information to support the sales representatives in pursuing business.3. Make revisions to submittal text document and drawings as necessary to reflect changes in project requirements.4. Review and respond to any mark-ups received on the submittal documents.5. Provide guidance to mechanical and electrical designers in generation of shop documents.6. Contact sales representatives as required to obtain necessary information and approvals.7. Coach and motivate project team members or other application engineers to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
