Software IT Analyst

Embedded Software Developer - Lead

Responsible for ensuring that suppliers chosen meet strict quality and reliability standards.Research and review industry trends and technological advancements by attending trade shows, reading various trade publications, and working with vendors.Supports Marketing Technical services group as an SME to resolve problems that occur during installation. Also provides SME support to the Post Sales group to troubleshoot and resolve problems that occur under warranty. This support includes failure analysis of returned product and occasional job site visits to determine the root cause for reported problems.Design and implement new equipment and manufacturing processes to increase production's efficiency and quality.Responsible for creating test plans and writing reports for new products requiring safety agency approvals such as UL, CSA.
