Details: The Shaw Group provides premier engineering, design, construction, and maintenance services to government and private-sector clients in a wide array of industries, including the energy, environmental, infrastructure, and emergency response markets.Data Integration Lead is a Project Control based role suited for an individual with a strong combined Project Controls and Information Technology background.Scheduling Responsibilities:•Update and maintain Primavera or Microsoft Project based scheduling systems for project control.•Develop, maintain, and oversee schedule QA/QC checks. Provide weekly QA/QC metrics to PCM•Responsible for integrating weekly schedule changes into a master file for rollout in next cycle period.•Responsible for development and integration of cost/schedule methodology that are consistent with Shaw E&I processes and procedures•Maintain integrity and integration of baseline schedule.•Maintain Work Breakdown structures.Cost Performance Reporting Responsibilities:•Responsible for integrating the schedule with the latest CWE and ensuring that the cost in the forecast file stays in line with the project trending and change control program.•Responsible for quality checking all resource in the project cost loaded schedule to ensure strict compliance with EVMS and project quality checks.•Responsible for timely delivery of a monthly cost loaded & compliant schedule in order to load into project cost processor. The schedule ultimately is responsible for loading the cost processor in order to produce a monthly contract deliverable.EVMS:•Confirm compliance with EVMS and System Description.•Comply with EVMS Scheduling and Cost standards•Responsible for delivery of accurate activity and cost loaded schedule in order to complete initial project based integrated baseline review•Provide CAM?s and Project Managers with earned value schedule and performance data on a monthly basis.Qualifications/Competencies/Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.• 5+ years related experience.• Extensive travel required.• Requires working knowledge of Primavera P6• Construction experience.• Critical Path Analysis, WBS development, EVMS knowledge.• Experience with large project teams in implementing project controls programs is preferred.• Must be willing to work in South America for minimum of one year.
