Responsibilities: The Product Engineering Solutions Division of GIS provides integrated IT solutions that help Client New Product Introduction (NPI) teams develop machines, engines, and components with world-class performance, durability, quality and reliability. This position on the Performance & Structural Analysis Team provides software development, support, training, and consulting for these engineering analysis, simulation, and design tools. Specific job responsibilities will include software requirements gathering and analysis, object-oriented design, C/C++ programming, quality assurance, project planning and tracking, configuration and change management, documentation, product maintenance, end user support, application training, and, depending on experience and interest, project consulting (deliverables focused application of the PES software tools to solve real Client problems).
