Details: This is a 6 month contract to hire role. Looking for a Genesys Contact Center Infrastructure Engineer preferably with Avaya Cisco Enterprise Call Center and NICE experience to evaluate, design, maintain, make changes and troublshoot complex aspects of the Genesys Contact Center . Ideal candidates will have experience with Genesys V.8 and be Genesys certified. You will be installing, figuring, updating telephony solutions, IOS updates, IVR, Workflow, front-ed back-end. There are 38 Servers. In bound VOICE, outbound VOICE, Desktop E-Services.
