Our Research and Development team is based in Dulles, VA, and supports our new production team, which is located in Charlottesville, VA. NIITEK is currently recruiting for a Temporary Test Technician at our Charlottesville, VA location.Job SummaryUnder close supervision, candidate uses formal technical education and experience to perform electrical/electronic functional testing of state-of-the-art Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) subassemblies and components including Printed Circuit Boards, Antenna Assemblies, Transistors and Cables, in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will also provide assistance to more senior level Technicians in performing more in-depth and challenging test efforts associated with manufacturing functional testing of complex Ground Penetrating Radar Systems and Radar Panels. This position is specifically focused on performing, test procedure guided, functional in-line testing of GPR products at the Charlottesville, VA facility and does not typically encompass troubleshooting of products. Position Duration: Four months, possibly temp to hire.
